We must face all the new challenges that football brings to the world. We must set new goals that will lead us to success, in a fair way and with true values. Every year, we will try to be both sporting and organizational and administrative winners.<\/p><p>Our mission is to serve and lead the Football Federation of Macedonia towards achieving results and with successful leadership to build integrity in order to preserve the game of football as a whole. To protect and care for the future of football, by strengthening a winning mentality and by enabling access for all who want to be part of football in Macedonia. Our mission is to cooperate with local and regional organizations and associations, clubs, leagues, spectators, fans and other parties that lead the game and accelerate the growth, development and continuity of Macedonian football.<\/p><p>FFM is in close cooperation and with a tendency to strengthen relations with FIFA and UEFA, organizations that have a significant role in the development of football, in the promotion of health and in education in Macedonia, in the neighborhood and worldwide.<\/p><p>Macedonian football is one of our greatest ambassadors, a promoter of fair play, of social and societal inclusion, a promoter of health and education in our society. Our mission is to protect the values and key principles of the game of football, such as: integrity, diversity, dignity, the rules of the game, referees, opponents and supporters, in order to protect the true spirit of our game.<\/p><p>Our vision is to become a respected football organization, both domestically and internationally, an organization that serves all those interested in the game of football in the country. During that period, he served as the director of the Macedonian national team.\u00a0<\/p><p>After finishing his football career, Masar Omeragi\u0107 worked in his family&#039;s company, and later took over as owner and general manager of the company &quot;Rule Tours&quot;.<\/p><p>Married, father of two sons, fluent in English, Masar Omeragic has always developed a special interest in representing Macedonian football and football clubs with a clear vision for the future and for the protection, promotion and development of Macedonian football, putting football first.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-329accf e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"329accf\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f4be92d e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"f4be92d\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-75f93c9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"75f93c9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Leonid Jandreoski (02.10.1997) is a graduate economist at the Faculty of Economics at UKIM. He has completed his master&#039;s degree at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana, in the field of sports management. Active participation in the organization of the European Under-21 Football Championship in Ljubljana, Slovenia 2021. Acquired a certificate for advanced sports management, an educational program organized by the IOC.\u00a0<\/p><p>He has work experience at the renowned company A1 Macedonia in the marketing communications area, continuing his experience in the same area at Universal Media.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
