Struga Trim Lum took a step back in the battle for a place in the European competitions after losing 1-2 at home to Tikvesh.<\/p>\n

This was Tikvesh\u2019s twelfth victory of the season, and the team is in fifth place. Struga, meanwhile, are third with 56 points, eight fewer than second-placed Shkendija.<\/p>\n

Struga had the only chance in the opening 20 minutes, threatening through Maleski, who failed to convert a clear-cut opportunity. The hosts then opened the scoring in the 21st minute when Marjan Radeski found the net, with the help of goalkeeper Tasev.<\/p>\n

However, the hosts\u2019 joy was short-lived, as in the 26th minute, following a cross, former Struga player Besir Ramadani equalised and did not celebrate the goal out of respect for his former club.<\/p>\n

At the start of the second half, Memetriza Hamza shot from an angle straight at goal, but Tasev saved it. Tikvesh then defended, before taking the lead following a counterattack.<\/p>\n
