Sileks and Shk\u00ebndija Tetovo have reached the final of this year\u2019s edition of the Macedonia Cup.<\/p>\n

The two teams sitting at the very top of the first-tier standings ultimately managed to overcome the Second League sides, who are also fighting for a possible place in the elite football division.<\/p>\n

Sileks defeated Ohrid 1:0, which was enough to secure a place in the final after the first leg ended without a winner, 1:1.<\/p>\n

The match was decided in the 34th minute, when Darko Dodev successfully converted an 11-metre penalty. Kratovo\u2019s side could have taken the lead earlier, but Adi Ali\u0107 failed to convert a penalty in the 25th minute, shooting straight at Ohrid goalkeeper Damjan Serafimov.<\/p>\n

In the second semi-final, Tetovo\u2019s Shk\u00ebndija secured a 2:0 away win over Shk\u00ebndija Ara\u010dinovo.<\/p>\n

The Tetovo side dominated throughout the match, but the first-tier team only broke the opponents\u2019 resistance in the closing stages.<\/p>\n
