The FFM Coaches Education Centre completed the second module of the UEFA B course (32nd generation). This module included a practical examination in accordance with the UEFA Convention for 25\/26, during which 25 candidates demonstrated exceptionally high levels of coaching knowledge and ability (these are coaches who will train children aged 13 to 17), applying modern ideas, topics and principles for the preparation and delivery of football training.<\/p>\n

The UEFA B licence for football coaches represents a special basis for selecting coaches in the future; based on the qualities and abilities demonstrated by these candidates, a selection will be made for the next coaching level, the UEFA A licence. In a positive working atmosphere at the opening of the second module, the candidates presented the assignments given to them by the mentors (members of the Education Centre).<\/p>\n

All 25 candidates successfully completed the practical examination, but the theoretical exam remains, scheduled for the end of May. The Education Centre expressed its gratitude to all 25 candidates who participated in this seminar. They completed their work obligations, assigned by their mentors, with the utmost professionalism.<\/p>\n

The candidates were given assignments and topics on the same day as their examination, and they had several hours to prepare a training session. We are satisfied with the overall success and quality of this entire group of candidates for the UEFA B licence.<\/p>\n

It can be said that this is one of the highest-quality groups we have worked with in recent years. The group included Adis Jahovi\u0107, Egzon Belica, Besar Demiri, Ermedin Adem, Aleksandar Varelovski, Kire Markoski, Simeon Hristov and others who are still active footballers but are also seriously considering a transition into coaching.<\/p>\n

The group also included active female footballers who made a significant contribution to the success of this seminar. The sisters Natasha and Sij\u010de Andonova, Sara Kolarovska, Hristina Jo\u0161evska, Simona Jankulovska and Jovana Gjorgjioska Bla\u017eeska were part of this seminar.<\/p>\n

The Coaches Education Centre will continue in the future to strive, both in the theory lectures and in the practical part\u2014the examination on the pitch\u2014to implement everything required by UEFA through the convention for coaches under which the programme is conducted.<\/p>\n

The Education Centre also expresses its gratitude to the instructors and educators who prepared these candidates for the practical examination (Borche Hristov, Vujica \u017divkovi\u0107, \u017dikica Tasevski, Mensur Jakupi, Gordan Zdravkov, Boban Babunski, Krste Gjorgievski, Jovica Bla\u017eeski).<\/p>\n

Throughout the seminar, the candidates demonstrated strong coaching ambitions through their motivation, dedication and desire to prove themselves, with the hope that they will continue their education in the future (the Coaches Education Centre stated).<\/p>\n

The FFM congratulates all participants of this UEFA B licence seminar on their dedication and efforts towards the continued development and advancement of the coaching profession in Macedonia.<\/p>\n
