Pelister recorded a confident and routine home victory, defeating Bashkimi 1-0 at the Petar Miloshevski Stadium. The Bitola side imposed a strong tempo and high pressure from the very start, and that attacking approach nearly brought an early lead. The fifth minute of the match was being played when Ristovski reacted brilliantly in the penalty area and sent a header into the visitors\u201e net. However, the green-and-whites\u201c joy was short-lived, as following an intervention from the VAR room, the goal was disallowed for offside.<\/p>\n

The home players were not discouraged and continued attacking Bashkimi\u2019s goal. First, Bulatovi\u0107 threatened with a difficult shot from 17 metres that went just wide of the post, and shortly afterwards Ivanovski tested the visiting goalkeeper with a header, but the keeper managed to claim the ball with a last-ditch effort.<\/p>\n

The key moment of the first half came in the 24th minute. Bashkimi defender Li\u00e7ina made a cardinal error in his own defence, which Ristovski immediately read. He reacted quickly and unselfishly set up Srbijanac, who found the net with a surgically precise and unstoppable shot to make it 1-0.<\/p>\n

Just five minutes later, in the 29th minute, Pelister had a golden opportunity to double their lead and settle the match. Following a quickly taken free-kick, Bulatovi\u0107 expertly lobbed the advancing visiting goalkeeper, but he was unlucky as the ball struck the post. Until the end of the half, the home attackers tried several more times, but the score remained unchanged.<\/p>\n

In the second half, Pelister\u2019s tactics changed. The Bitola side deliberately dropped back into their own half in order to manage the lead intelligently, allowing Bashkimi to take the initiative on the pitch.<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, the clearest chances after the interval once again fell to the hosts through quick counterattacks. The closing stages brought a complete Pelister offensive to secure the victory. In the 84th minute, Bulatovi\u0107 unleashed a genuine rocket towards goal, but Stojkovski produced a brilliant save to prevent a certain goal. Just five minutes later, in the 89th minute, Petrovi\u0107 also found himself in a scoring position, breaking through superbly down the wing and firing a powerful shot, but the visiting goalkeeper was once again in the right place and prevented a surprise.<\/p>\n
