The Macedonia A national team officially began preparations today for the upcoming friendly matches against Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo (29 May) and T\u00fcrkiye in Istanbul (1 June).<\/p>\n

At the gathering held at the Hilton Hotel, the head coach and coaching staff had almost all the called-up footballers at their disposal. Captain Enis Bardhi and Elif Elmas were absent from the national team base and will join the national team tonight, while Agon Elezi is expected to arrive tomorrow.<\/p>\n

One of the debutants in the senior team, Din Alomerovi\u0107, did not hide his delight at being called up to the A national team and stressed that this was the fulfilment of his long-held dream.<\/p>\n

\u201eThe feeling is wonderful; I am here with great honour and pleasure. It was my wish from a young age for the day to come when I would play for the A national team. Previously, I was a member of all the youth categories, and now, thanks be to God, I have found myself here in the senior team as well. Through my good performances and thanks to the coaching staff, my wish has come true.\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201eI know half of the players, but I want to believe in the team. I know that we have the quality to compete with everyone, including Bosnia and T\u00fcrkiye.
