The newly promoted FK Skopje face a difficult schedule at the start of the season in the top flight. They lost to runners-up Shk\u00ebndija in the opening round, and this weekend they face another serious challenge, taking on another strong rival and contender for a top finish, Struga Trim Lum.<\/p>\n
The Struga side easily defeated Shk\u00ebndija Arachinovo in the opening round, while FK Skopje\u2019s experienced goalkeeper, Kristijan Naumovski, is aware of the difficult task he and his teammates will face in today\u2019s match.<\/p>\n
\u201eThe schedule has not been kind to us at the start of the championship. In the opening round and now as well, we have truly serious opponents who traditionally compete for trophies in Macedonian football. But that is no excuse for our team not to give its maximum and try to achieve a positive result. We are aware that Struga Trim Lum are the favourites, but that is an additional motivation for us to surpass ourselves and remain unbeaten through brave and committed play. We are still building our understanding, and there is plenty of room for our team to improve.
