The stormy summer for FK Pelister is coming to an end, but a new odyssey begins with the start of the season in the First MFL.<\/p>\n

Coach Dimitar Kapinkovski announces that the Bitola team will come to Skopje motivated for the first round derby match against eternal rival Vardar, where their goal is to get a positive result.<\/p>\n

"Many things have changed, we have a new management, a new coach, and eight players from last year's squad have left. These are big changes, and we are currently recruiting and trying to put together a balanced team. The transfer deadline expires in September, but I still believe that the roster is solidly filled and there will be no need to react with more signings. We want to present ourselves in the best light, and currently we only have one injured player, Jove Trajkovski, who will have to miss the entire half-season due to torn ligaments," says Kapinkovski.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Considering that Vardar has already had official matches, the Pelister coach does not want to accept a subordinate position in the big derby in advance.<\/p>\n

"This is the biggest Macedonian derby and represents a challenge for all players, including the coaches. From our side, respect for Vardar's successes and results is maximum, but it is up to us to give our maximum and try to get a positive result," concluded Kapinkovski.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Captain Mirko Ivanovski emphasizes the good atmosphere among the players in the Bitola club, while regarding the match itself, he says that they have no right to make mistakes.<\/p>\n

"The fact is that we are in the phase of forming the team, we have six new players, and it is up to them to prove that they are real reinforcements. We have a good atmosphere, there is a certain chemistry, but I expect that we will get better from round to round and that by the first international break we will be complete in getting to know each other. It is good that this derby is happening at the start, it would have been different if the circumstances and the position in the table had influenced any of the teams, this way the atmosphere will be like playing a Cup final, where no one has the right to make a mistake and everyone dreams of success," summarized Ivanovski.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
