The Football Federation of Macedonia (FFM) informs the public that the match from the 2nd round of the First MFL between the teams of FK Shkupi 1927 and FK Sileks, scheduled for August 17 at 5:00 PM, will not be played.<\/p>\n
The reason for not playing the match is the failure of the host club to provide a suitable home field.<\/p>\n
The FFM Competitions Committee will discuss the case at the first following meeting and will adopt appropriate measures in accordance with the competition regulations.<\/p>\n
FFM has shown complete understanding of the situation the club is in. We have also left more than enough time to find an appropriate solution.
\nWe did everything on our part to ensure that all clubs had regulated conditions at the beginning of the season.<\/p>\n
However, if the club's management does not have the capacity to carry out its work and obligations, then responsibility cannot be transferred to the FFM, but only to the club's management.<\/p>\n
At the same time, the FFM points out that in recent days, the management of FC Shkupi has been inaccurately sending information to the "House of Football" about four different stadiums where the match will allegedly be played, which has further created a false picture of the situation.<\/p>\n
FFM is obliged to comply with the prescribed regulations and will do so in full.<\/p>\n
