Based on the collected statements, official reports and the report submitted by the Commission for Youth Categories within the FFM, the First Instance Disciplinary Commission of the FFM opened and completed several disciplinary procedures in accordance with the Disciplinary Regulations (DR) of the FFM.<\/p>\n
The most serious incident occurred at the end of the match, when the FK Shkupi 1927 player with number 9, Abdoulie Laarte<\/strong>, physically attacked the opposing player, causing him serious injuries. In accordance with Article 43 paragraph 2 of the Disciplinary Rules, which sanctions physical assault with more serious consequences, he was given the most severe sanction - expulsion from the football organization<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Besides him, two more players from FK Shkupi 1927 \u2013 Ramadani Ibrahim<\/strong> (No. 5) and Novobrdalia Amar<\/strong> (No. 30), also got involved in the incident and committed a physical attack. A procedure was initiated against them in accordance with Article 43 paragraph 1, after which they were sentenced to \u2013 three (3) month ban from playing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Additionally, it was determined that the player of FK Bregalnica 2008 with number 4, Gotsev Simeon<\/strong>, engaged in rough play and excessive self-defense, reacting to the attack. For his action, which falls under Article 40 of the DP, he was sentenced to a penalty \u2013 a ban from playing for four (4) matches.<\/p>\n Responsibility of clubs and club officials<\/strong><\/p>\n The first-instance disciplinary committee determined both organizational and collective responsibility of both clubs.<\/p>\n Against FC Shkupi 1927<\/strong> Disciplinary proceedings have been initiated in accordance with Article 51 of the DP, due to a physical attack by parents\/fans on opposing players, which constitutes a serious offense by fans\/spectators. In accordance with Article 29, the sanction applies specifically to the team, Junior Pioneers, which committed the offense.<\/p>\n Against FC Bregalnica 2008<\/strong> Disciplinary proceedings have been initiated in accordance with Article 48 of the DP, due to poor organization of the competition and security failures.
