The Macedonian national football team has two matches to look forward to at the beginning of September, a friendly against Saudi Arabia in the Czech Republic, and then a qualifying match for the 2026 World Cup with Liechtenstein at the Todor Proeski National Arena in Skopje.<\/p>\n

Coach Blagoja Milevski called up two debutants, Reshat Ramadani from Shkendija and Elmin Rastoder from Thun. Several players were not called up due to problems with their clubs, and some of those on the list have similar situations.<\/p>\n

"Unfortunately, we cannot count on Agon Elezi due to a shoulder injury. This time, Ashkovski, Manev and Bojan Dimovski have not been called up due to the situation with their clubs. I hope they will stabilize and return to the national team," said Milevski, who also referred to the two debutants.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

"As for them, Reshat Ramadani has established himself with his performances for Shkendija in European cups. He has qualities and we believe he is needed for the team. With Elmin Rastoder we hope to get a quality player who will increase the competition in the attack. He is playing great for Thun in the Swiss championship," added the coach.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

"We will use the match against Saudi Arabia to try out some tactical ideas and give more players a chance. As for the match against Liechtenstein, it is perhaps the most important match for us in these qualifiers. We have maximum respect for the opponent and we must be prepared to give our maximum.
