The Football Federation of Macedonia (FFM) announces the results of the Analytical Report on Public Perception 2025, prepared on the basis of an independent public opinion survey, which not commissioned by FFM<\/strong>, and was conducted by the Future Invest agency in accordance with European standards for sports analytics and the principles of UEFA Good Governance Framework<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The research was conducted on a representative sample of 1,563 respondents<\/strong>, through telephone and online interviews, with full geographical coverage of the Republic of Macedonia, in the period from November 15 to December 5, 2025<\/strong>The analysis provides measurable, valid and objective data on public attitudes towards the situation in Macedonian football, trust in the institution, perception of the management, selections and expectations for development until 2026.<\/p>\n

High trust in FFM<\/h3>\n

The results show that 781% of respondents have high or very high confidence in FFM<\/strong>, which is an exceptionally positive indicator in the context of public institutions. An additional 12% have a neutral stance, while only 10% express a low level of trust. These data confirm stable institutional credibility and broad public support.<\/p>\n

Transparency and accountability<\/h3>\n

FFM is highly rated in the domain of good governance:<\/p>\n

\u2013 80% believe that FFM acts responsibly and accountable.<\/p>\n

\u2013 621% of respondents believe that the Federation communicates transparently<\/p>\n

\u2013 75% assess transparency as complete or partial<\/p>\n

Negative ratings in this segment range between 6 and 8%, which is significantly below the European average.<\/p>\n

Perception of President Masar Omeragi\u0107<\/h3>\n

Public support for the president of the FFM, Masar Omeragi\u0107, is exceptionally high:<\/p>\n

\u2013 89% rate his work as good or very good<\/p>\n

\u2013 57% rate leadership ability as very high<\/p>\n

\u2013 52% is considered to provide very stable handling<\/p>\n

Negative ratings are below 2%, indicating strong legitimacy and stability in management \u2013 one of UEFA's key indicators.<\/p>\n

Integrity and fair play<\/h3>\n

The research shows an extremely positive perception of regularity and integrity:<\/p>\n

\u2013 86% believe that FFM respects the principles of fair play<\/p>\n

\u2013 76% believe that matches are always or often regular<\/p>\n

\u2013 Only 3% have a negative perception<\/p>\n

These results position Macedonia above the regional average in this segment.<\/p>\n

Coach and youth system<\/h3>\n

The perception of the then coach is divided, indicating high public interest and expectations:<\/p>\n

\u2013 39% positive ratings<\/p>\n

\u2013 19% neutral<\/p>\n

\u2013 42% negative<\/p>\n

At the same time, 501% of respondents are satisfied with the development of youth categories<\/strong>, and 76% believe that FFM is investing in developmental football<\/strong>, which represents a strong foundation for future programs and reforms.<\/p>\n

Domestic league and clubs<\/h3>\n

\u2013 60% positively assess the quality of the domestic league<\/p>\n

\u2013 40% positively evaluate clubs, with a predominance of neutral views<\/p>\n

These results highlight the need for further investments in infrastructure, youth schools and professionalization.<\/p>\n

Expectations for 2026<\/h3>\n

The public shows moderate optimism:<\/p>\n

\u2013 48% expect progress<\/p>\n

\u00a0-34% expect continuity<\/p>\n

\u2013 18% predict a decline<\/p>\n

Clear support for the strategic direction<\/h3>\n

Regarding long-term policies:<\/p>\n

\u2013 71% believe that current policies lead to progress<\/p>\n

\u2013 75% are satisfied with the strategic direction<\/p>\n

\u2013 87% would support FFM in the next 12 months<\/p>\n

The research confirms that the FFM enjoys high trust, stable public support and positive perception in the key segments of governance, integrity and vision. These findings represent a solid foundation for further development of Macedonian football, improvement of institutional processes and strengthening of the Federation's international credibility.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
