N\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Rregullat e loj\u00ebs s\u00eb futbollit, kur topi p\u00ebrplaset drejtp\u00ebrdrejt nga koka ose trupi i lojtarit n\u00eb dor\u00ebn e tij, pa elemente shtes\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin shkelje p\u00ebr prekje me dor\u00eb, nuk akordohet penallti.
