Procedura po iniciohet p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dyshimit t\u00eb bazuar p\u00ebr mashtrim dhe lajthitje t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Bordit t\u00eb Drejtor\u00ebve, lidhur me pages\u00ebn paraprake n\u00eb shum\u00ebn prej 700,000 eurosh ndaj kompanis\u00eb kontraktuese p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e tribun\u00ebs n\u00eb stadiumin "Biljanini Izvori" n\u00eb Oh\u00ebr.<\/p>\n
Pagesa, sipas dokumentacionit n\u00eb dispozicion, \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb me iniciativ\u00ebn e saj, n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me vendimin e Bordit t\u00eb Drejtor\u00ebve dhe n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ofert\u00ebn dhe kompetencat, si dhe pa ofruar garanci bankare.<\/p>\n
Bordi i Drejtor\u00ebve vler\u00ebson se ka element\u00eb t\u00eb shkeljeve t\u00eb r\u00ebnda t\u00eb detyrave zyrtare dhe veprimeve n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me interesat e FFM-s\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb shkaktuar pasoja negative n\u00eb reputacionin dhe operacionet financiare t\u00eb federat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
\u2013 Bordi Drejtues i FFM-s\u00eb ka vendosur t\u00eb formoj\u00eb nj\u00eb komision ad-hoc q\u00eb do t\u00eb kryej\u00eb nj\u00eb auditim t\u00eb procesit arsimor p\u00ebr mbajt\u00ebsit e licencave t\u00eb trajner\u00ebve t\u00eb l\u00ebshuara nga Qendra Arsimore e FFM-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
Auditimi do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb kontrollin n\u00ebse jan\u00eb respektuar afatet, procedurat dhe kriteret p\u00ebr ndjekjen dhe pjes\u00ebmarrjen n\u00eb modulet edukative, si dhe procedura p\u00ebr l\u00ebshimin e licencave t\u00eb trajnerit.<\/p>\n
