After a six-year hiatus, a group of 22 candidates for the highest level of coaching license, UEFA PRO, has been formed again.
At the opening of the seminar, the President of the Macedonian Football Federation, Masar Omeragic, gave his address, expressing great support for all candidates from the federation. The head of Macedonian football emphasized that obtaining a UEFA PRO license is of exceptional importance for the federation itself, as it will raise the criteria in the First and Second MFL, and thus increase the quality of the competition.
The opening was attended by numerous top football names, Goran Pandev, Ilija Najdoski, Gjorgji Hristov, Kocho Dimitrovski, Alekso Mackov, Zoran Stratev, Blagoja Milevski, Agim Ibraimi and Boban Babunski, who with their presence provided encouragement and motivation for current and future candidates in the process of acquiring the highest coaching title offered by UEFA.

He emphasized that they will have a total of eight modules ahead of them, filled with opportunities for upgrading through an intensive program that will include lectures, practical workshops (training) and discussions with top domestic and international educators. During the trainings, modern methods, practical examples, training sessions and theoretical teaching on topics related to the coaching process will be applied, in accordance with the new UEFA convention for 2025/2026.
