The Football Federation of Macedonia has the privilege, responsibility and opportunity to govern football in Macedonia in all its aspects.

We are achieving the development of amateur and professional football in partnership and cooperation with FIFA and UEFA, as football organizations of which we are full members, with the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, with the economy and, of course, with sponsors.

Taking on the role, and with it the responsibility of being in football, we must adapt to circumstances that are constantly changing and developing. We must face all the new challenges that football brings to the world. We must set new goals that will lead us to success, in a fair way and with true values. Every year, we will try to be both sporting and organizational and administrative winners.

Our mission is to serve and lead the Football Federation of Macedonia towards achieving results and with successful leadership to build integrity in order to preserve the game of football as a whole. To protect and care for the future of football, by strengthening a winning mentality and by enabling access for all who want to be part of football in Macedonia. Our mission is to cooperate with local and regional organizations and associations, clubs, leagues, spectators, fans and other parties that lead the game and accelerate the growth, development and continuity of Macedonian football.

FFM is in close cooperation and with a tendency to strengthen relations with FIFA and UEFA, organizations that have a significant role in the development of football, in the promotion of health and in education in Macedonia, in the neighborhood and worldwide.

Macedonian football is one of our greatest ambassadors, a promoter of fair play, of social and societal inclusion, a promoter of health and education in our society. Our mission is to protect the values and key principles of the game of football, such as: integrity, diversity, dignity, the rules of the game, referees, opponents and supporters, in order to protect the true spirit of our game.

Our vision is to become a respected football organization, both domestically and internationally, an organization that serves all those interested in the game of football in the country. We are committed to respecting the game of football and our opponents with fair play, with responsibility and respect for all individuals, whether they are players, spectators, fans, supporters, partners or society itself, the law and the rules of the game, which is our responsibility to the international football family.
