Nine goals in Tetovo, Shkendija with a convincing victory over the young squad of Macedonia GJP

Tetovska Shkendija had no problems dealing with the young squad of Makedonija GJP in today's match of the 13th round in the PMFL. The "Red-Blacks" eventually recorded a convincing triumph with 7:2. The guest team played in this match with a very changed squad, and with as many as nine players under 18 years of age. Only the internationals Estupinjan and Cabarcas were on the roster of experienced players. In such a situation, they did not have the strength to match the far more experienced squad of Shkendija, although at times they coped solidly with the opposing players. The triumph of Tetovska could have been even more convincing if several more chances had been used, especially at the end of the match.

After the first half, Shkendija had a solid 3:1 lead, and considering the events on the pitch, it seems that they had secured all three points even then.

In the 8th minute, Mazari took the ball from the middle of the field, reached 16-17 meters from the goal of Makedonija GJP, although the shot was in the middle, Jovchev failed to defend, so the ball ended up in the goal. In the 16th minute, 2:0 for Shkendija. Mazari received the ball 20 meters in the middle, played it to Florent Ramadani on the left, and he beat Jovchev with a precise shot.

In the 19th minute, Macedonia GP returned to the game. After a counterattack, Stefanov from the left side sent the ball to the five-man, there was a misunderstanding between the Shkendija defense and the goalkeeper, after which the ball reached the lone Etemi, who just passed it into the empty net.

The game was in the 25th minute when a penalty was awarded to Shkendija. Fiton Ademi took responsibility, but Jovchev managed to save it. In the 30th minute, however, 3:1 for Shkendija. After a corner kick and a mix-up in the penalty area, Ibraimi passed to Meliqi who, turning, managed to shoot and checkmate Jovchev.

Despite Shkendija having the initiative at the start of the second half, the first chance came from the visitors. A shot by Talevski who managed to save Ramani. This opportunity seemed to "wake up" the home team, and then came Ibraimi's excellent attempt, who saved Jovchev in a corner with an even better save.

Adhe Mazari increased the lead to 4:1 in the 67th minute. After receiving the ball from Ademi, he shot lukewarmly but extremely accurately and beat Jovchev for Shkendija to have a +3 goal advantage for the first time. Shkendija did not stop there, in the 73rd minute Fiton Ademi scored with a volley, after an assist from Krasniqi, for the highest score of 5:1.

Shkendija defender Egzon Belica jumped into the attack and headed home in the 80th minute to give the team from Tetovo a 6:1 lead. Three minutes later, Latifi broke through on the left side and shot accurately into the visitors' goal from Gjorce Petrov for Shkendija's seventh goal of the match.

Macedonia GP managed to reduce the deficit in the 89th minute. A cross from the right side, and Omer Sulejmani managed to score with a header and reduce the deficit to 7:2, which was the final result of this match.
