The Football Federation of Macedonia informs the public that the Disciplinary Commissioner of the Third League - North has made a decision to lifetime suspension of the football players Orhan Demiri and Erdin Arifi from FK Besa Slupčane, due to a physical attack and an attempt to lynch an opposing football player after the match FK Besa Slupčane - FK Aerodrom, played within the 8th round of the Third League - North.
The home field of FK Besa Slupčane is suspended for 10 (ten) matches. At the same time, FK Besa, in accordance with the disciplinary regulations, is obliged to pay a fine.
The Football Federation of Macedonia strongly condemns any form of violence on football fields and will continue to consistently apply all disciplinary regulations, in order to protect the integrity of the matches and the safety of all football participants.
The position of the FFM is clear and unambiguous:
There is no place in football, no mercy for those who are willing to beat, lynch and tarnish the reputation of football.
