For the first time in Macedonia The "Youth Sports Games" will be held, a project that unites children from all over the Balkans under the auspices of the Ministry of Sports.
By joining the "Youth Sports Games", we become part of the large regional sports family that already includes Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. On that occasion, in the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, the Prime Minister Christian Mickoski organized a reception for the federations supporting this important project.
„"As president of Football Federation of Macedonia, "It was an honor for me to represent FFM together with the coach of the A national team, Goce Sedloski, and to give our support. I believe that through such initiatives we create new friendships, build healthy habits and send a strong message that sport unites. Children are our future, and sport is their best path to success," said Masar Omeragić, president of FFM.
The project is also supported by our sports legends such as Petar Naumoski, Indira Kastratovic and Igor Stefanovski-Idze, as well as from well-known regional and European sports names Zeljko Obradovic, Alyosha Asanovich, Slaven Bilic, Predrag Mijatovic, Veselin Vujovic, Predrag Danilovic, Sime Vrsaljko and Stipe Pletikosa.
In the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, an agreement was officially signed between the President of the School Sports Federation of Macedonia, Elena Mickovska, and the President of "Sports Games for Youth", Zdravko Marić, with which Macedonia became part of this largest youth sports event in Europe, which is held under the auspices of the International Olympic Committee, the European Commission and other important organizations, whose mission is to push the boundaries of youth sports.
With this, Macedonia officially becomes part of a large Balkan sports movement that aims to unite young people through fair play, friendship, and healthy life values.
