The Football Federation of Macedonia, with its representatives, participated in the annual club licensing workshop in Belgrade organized by UEFA.
Club licensing and financial sustainability systems are one of the important segments in European football. Their aim is to further promote and continuously raise the standard of football, not only in terms of the game. It is also important to protect and long-term sustainability of club football in men's and women's competition.

As part of UEFA's ongoing support for the implementation of club licensing and financial sustainability, this year, UEFA's annual conference on club licensing and financial sustainability was held in Belgrade.
The event was attended by licensors from all 55 national associations and other football stakeholders. The annual conference is an excellent platform for exchange of experiences and discussion, addressing the latest changes in the regulatory framework, providing updates on the system and offering an opportunity to share best practices and information related to European club football.
Some of the topics discussed were: financial sustainability, club monitoring, women's football, talent and competitions, communications, a solidarity scheme for clubs that are not part of the competitions, social responsibility and sustainability.

The Football Federation of Macedonia was represented at the annual UEFA conference by Gorancho Kostovski - Licensing Manager, Aleksandra Gjurchinovska - Deputy Licensing Manager, Aleksandar Spasovski - Financial Criteria Expert and Aleksandar Najdovski - President of the Licensing Committee.
