A training camp for football players with Down Syndrome and mild disabilities from FC Karposhovo was held in Dojran from June 30 to July 5. The training camp was made possible by the FFM and the UEFA Foundation for Children.
The football players, led by experienced coaches, actively participated in daily training activities in the gym, indoor football, and swimming in the pool.
Training camps of this type, in addition to having a positive impact on the physical and mental well-being of football players, contribute to creating a more inclusive football environment in which everyone can participate and realize themselves according to their abilities.
There was also a great contribution and positive reaction to the training camp from the families of the football players, who support every independent step of their football players.
Football was again much more than a game, it was a field where life skills were acquired that were then applied in everyday life.
