In the derby of the 20th round in the Cadet Super League, Vardar defeated Rabotnicki 4:1 and took the lead in the table in this competition.
With this victory, the "red-blacks" have 50 points, three more than their city rival, while the circle of favorites closes with Makedonija GP, which is third with 49.
The direct duel for the championship trophy was decided in the second half. In the first half, Rabotnicki took the lead in the 23rd minute with a goal by Matej Kish, and seven minutes later Kosta Boskovski equalized to 1:1.
The rivals for the first position played an outstanding second half in which both teams had their chances to score. In the 74th minute, Petar Todorovski scored to give Vardar a 2:1 lead. In the 84th minute, Admin Abdula increased the lead to 3:1, and the final result was set by Matej Ivanovski with a goal scored in the 87th minute.
