The Macedonian U-16 national team lost 3:0 to the corresponding Russian team in a friendly match played in Side, Antalya.
The opponent justified the role of the favorite and deservedly achieved a triumph. After the first 45 minutes, the Russian national team decided the question of the winner with two goals. In the second half, they scored another goal for a final 3:0.
The players of coach Dragan Nacevski had their chances in today's match, but they did not take advantage of them. The best opportunities for Macedonia were had by Soner Rakipi and Dejan Spasevski, but without realization.
The Macedonian youth national team will play another friendly match in Antalya. The opponent will be the Kyrgyzstan national team. The match between Macedonia and Kyrgyzstan is scheduled for March 25th, starting at 9:00 AM.
