Macedonia U16 played a goalless draw, 0:0, in the second friendly match against their peers from Malta. In the opening match, our hopes won with a convincing 5:0. Our young players again had the initiative and created more mature scoring opportunities, but in the end it was not enough for a second away victory.
Emini threatened in the 6th minute, and in the 24th minute he had a 100% chance, but the shot from close range ended up over the goal. Raifi and Veleski also tried, delivering serious shots, but the opposing goalkeeper intervened successfully.
In the second half, Krstevski had a great chance in the 70th minute, but his shot was saved, while in the 85th minute the ball ended up over the goal.
The match was played in very difficult conditions, with a strong wind that significantly affected the course of the game and the organization of the attacks.
