In the 28th round of the First Football League, Rabotnichki welcome Arsimi at the National Arena „Todor Proeski“. Following two consecutive defeats, against Shkendija and Vardar, the Debar Maalo-based team want to return to winning ways.
Victories are absolutely essential in the final six rounds, in which Rabotnichki will fight to secure their survival in the top flight.
The previous run of four league victories began precisely against Arsimi on 10 March, when Rabotnichki celebrated a 1-0 victory at the Arena. Muarem Muarem’s players will try to produce a similar outcome today.
„Only victory is an option for us in today’s match against Arsimi. The final battle for survival is beginning, the championship is entering its final phase and there is no room for any mistakes. We are ready to compete and we believe in our quality. We want the three points and we are not hiding that at all,“ said Zija Merdzani, Rabotnichki’s left-back.
The match between Rabotnichki and Arsimi is scheduled for 13:00 at the National Arena „Todor Proeski“ in Skopje.
