Referees' Committee: Analysis of the 28th round in the First MFL | FFM

The Referees Committee within the Football Federation of Macedonia remains firmly committed to transparency and accountability as
core values in working with a single goal – developing a football system based on fair play, objectivity and professionalism.

We have confirmed that every match of the First MFL is analyzed with
the highest level of attention from the trial controllers, as well as from
the expert bodies of the FFM, thus ensuring a quality and fair evaluation of
refereeing performance.

Regarding the match from the 28th round between FK Shkupi and FK
Silex points out that during the equalizer for the away team
team in the 62nd minute there is a violation of the Rules, although the situation is technically
extremely complex to assess, but video analysis indicates that the goal was not
should have been recognized due to an offside offense by the attacker who with minimal
part of the body is ahead of the ball. Responsibility for such a misjudgment
The second assistant referee was also recognized by the match controller Goran Spirkovski from Prilep with a negative rating of 7.9.

At the same time, in the match between FK Voska and FK Vardar, which
was stopped in the 76th minute due to leaving the field by
the home team, we point out that the reaction was based on subjective
experienced moment.

The video materials from the indicated moment when achieving
the equalizer for the away team does not confirm any violation
of the Rules of the game of football, nor their misinterpretation and hence
The referee's decision cannot be considered an erroneous assessment. The decision
FK Voska leaving the field is a serious precedent,
unprofessional and extremely irresponsible act, which is contrary to the spirit of
the sport, the basic football principles and the fair play values that we represent. The game of football implies respect for
the processes, institutions and rules of the game, even in moments of
disagreement. By arbitrarily stopping a match in professional
competition like the First MFL sends a message that is not welcome, neither to
on the field, nor outside it. Such a relationship must be clear and unambiguous
sanctioned.

The controller
A report on this match by controller Dzenan Hajdari from Skopje is
with a score of 8.4 for the entire judging team.

violation of the match by the referees.

The controller
The report of the controller Ilievski Zorancho from Bitola has the highest score of 8.5 for
the main referee and the second assistant, and the first assistant and the fourth are rated with
8.4 who led the match without a single mistake.

The referee's decisions
like anywhere else in the world, they are susceptible to human error and possible unintentional errors.
What is crucial is that they are subject to systemic analysis and treated with
maximum severity. We must also not ignore the number of precise
and extremely difficult decisions that judges make successfully, which directly
contributes to the regularity of the matches.

We appeal to all football stakeholders, clubs, players,
fans and the media, to respect the process and support the efforts to
improving the trial through constructive dialogue, not through hasty
conclusions and public pressure.

The Referees' Committee within the Football Federation of Macedonia will continue to work transparently and responsibly, and
any erroneous judgment will be treated accordingly within the framework of
procedures. Only with principle and perseverance can we build a healthy
and a fair football environment.
