year, a workshop on financial matters was held at the House of Football.

The aim of the workshop was to provide detailed

rules and regulations relating to financial stability,
transparency and sustainability
at the clubs.

Basics of financial criteria for club licensing:
An overview of the key financial standards that clubs must meet
to meet, such as liquidity, profitability and sustainable financial
structure
.Regulations for financial reports and documents:
A detailed review of the financial documents required for
license application, including annual reports, audits, and other
relevant reports.
Overview of the most common financial mistakes and problems:
Analysis of the most common errors that occur during
the preparation of financial statements and how they can be avoided.
Presentation of audit and control systems:
How can clubs implement better processes for
financial control and auditing to meet licensing requirements.
The workshop consisted of a theoretical part, where
The participants were introduced to the legal frameworks and regulations, and the attendees had the opportunity to discuss these topics. This interactive
form enabled closer communication between participants and experts, which significantly improved
the exchange of experiences and knowledge.
The workshop was of great importance to the participants, who
received practical advice and recommendations for improving financial management
in the clubs. Those present are
agreed that the biggest challenge for clubs is to meet the financial criteria,
especially in times of economic challenges.
The Department of
licensing at FFM announced that workshops of this type will continue in
future, in order to provide support to clubs applying for club
license and exchange of knowledge and experiences.
