Gjorgi Hristov part of the FIFA and UEFA technical leadership workshop in Budapest

The technical director of the Football Federation of Macedonia, Gjorgi Hristov, participated in a technical leadership seminar organized by FIFA and UEFA, which is being held in Budapest.

The event brought together technical directors from different UEFA member countries with the aim of exchanging experiences and advancing knowledge in the management of technical programs in football.
Through interactive sessions and discussions, participants were introduced to the resources and support that FIFA and UEFA offer for the long-term development of football, including modern platforms and education programs.

"The seminar is an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and new ideas with colleagues from all over the world. Through such initiatives, we receive additional direction on how to advance the technical development of football in Macedonia, from grassroots to elite youth categories," said the technical director of the FFM, Gjorgi Hristov.

He added that developing quality technical leaders is key to better managing football both on and off the pitch, as well as meeting long-term goals, giving every talent a chance and for football to grow at all levels.

FIFA's continued investment in leadership development aims to raise standards of governance, drive innovation and promote sustainable growth.
The new editions of the FIFA Technical Leadership program are further confirmation of FIFA's commitment to creating a new generation of football leaders who will drive the advancement of football globally.
