The new edition of the Macedonian Cup begins with the six matches of the first round. According to the rules for determining the pairings in this competition, the teams that are in a higher ranking play away from home.
Bashkimi 2008 welcomes Detonit, Karbinci hosts Rabotnicki, Eurotip Online will face Sileks, and Ohrid Lichnidos will face AP Brera.
In the remaining two matches, Pobeda Valandovo plays against Bregalnica from Shtip, while Ljuboten faces Makedonija GJP, and Tetovci hosts at the Gjorce Petrov stadium.

On September 3rd, the matches Teteks – Pelister and Pchinja – Novaci are scheduled, on the 9th, Pobeda Prilep – Bashkimi Kumanovo will meet, while the next day, Kozuf – Shkupi, Skopje – Tikvesh and Yeni Male Sport – Shkendija will play.
