The Licensing Department of the Football Federation of Macedonia, within the framework of the program for support and training of clubs in the licensing process for obtaining a license for UEFA competitions, as well as national championship competitions (First MFL, Second MFL and First JMFL), held a three-day workshop (13-15.02.2024) at the "House of Football".
This workshop was attended by persons authorized by their clubs for the licensing process, as well as the general secretaries of the clubs that will compete in UEFA competitions and National Championship matches in the 2024/25 season.
The program included a presentation of all six criteria from the licensing rulebook, with special emphasis on the new platform that will be used in the licensing process – “MyComet.”

– The licensing process for football clubs participating in UEFA competitions involves strict criteria relating to financial, infrastructure, personnel and sporting aspects. Clubs must demonstrate compliance with UEFA and parent associations’ regulations, adhere to standards regarding stadium conditions and meet management and administration requirements. The process is more rigorous each year, but it ensures that well-managed clubs with adequate facilities can maintain the integrity and quality of the relevant competition. As the Football Federation of Macedonia, we are doing everything in our power to facilitate the process of preparing clubs for their participation in UEFA competitions and, of course, to meet the required conditions for participation in the domestic championship.”
