At a meeting of the Board of Directors of
The Football Federation of Macedonia (FFM) held on February 25th were
the following decisions were made:
– The FFM Board of Directors adopted it
the agenda for the Regular Electoral General Assembly of FFM which will be held on
March 15, 2025 in Skopje;
– The FFM Board of Directors has made a decision
for initiating a procedure for establishing an Arbitration Court within the framework of the Football Association
Federation of Macedonia. The purpose of the Arbitration Court is to ensure efficient and
rapid resolution of disputes arising between football stakeholders (clubs,
football players, coaches...etc.);
– The FFM Board of Directors has made a decision
to implement a complete reform of the organizational structure of the FFM, as well as
to request authorization from the delegates at the upcoming Assembly to change the
the competition system in all categories;
– The FFM Board of Directors has made a decision
to submit a proposal to the upcoming Assembly to initiate a procedure for the formation
of a trading company for the purpose of commercialization / physical sale of official
jerseys, equipment and props from the Football Federation of Macedonia;
– The Board of Directors of the FFM
confirmed the decision to prematurely end the mandate for
Chairmanship of the RFS - Southwestern Region of the OFS Ohrid, adopted by the Governing Board
board of the Southwest region and
confirmed the decision to extend the mandate for the chairmanship of the RFS - Southwest Region
transfer to OFS Bitola.
The headquarters of
the southwestern region is OFS Bitola.
