What the spectators in Kavadarci, as well as those watching on the small screens, saw today will be retold for a long time. The duel between Tikvesh and Arsimi, played within the tenth round of the First MFL, offered a real football drama with an incredible twist.
The hosts had a convincing 3:1 lead until the 85th minute, but the guests from Čegrane made a sensational turnaround with a fantastic finish and celebrated with a score of 3:4.
Tikvesh took the lead in the 38th minute through Berat Sadik, who after a great action with Milovanović accurately shot into the bottom right corner. Just three minutes later, Sadik scored again for 2:0, after an assist from Ivanovski. Although Islami tried to get the ball out, it had already crossed the goal line.
In the second half, Arsimi showed character. In the 48th minute, Shefit Shefiti reduced the score to 2:1, but Ivan Ivanovski quickly responded with a goal for 3:1. When everything seemed to be decided, the incredible finish began.
Arsimi scored three goals in less than ten minutes. Shefiti equalized with his hat-trick, and in the final moments of the match, Taipi scored the winning goal for a euphoric triumph for the visitors.
This victory will certainly be remembered as one of the most dramatic in the history of the club from Čegrane.
