Shkendija from Tetovo continues the fight for the championship title in domestic football, after recording a minimal, but extremely important victory against their neighbors from Arsimi with a score of 1:0 in front of their fans.
The home team dominated the first half and constantly searched for free space on the wings through Krasniqi and Ibrahimi. Shkendija's continuous pressure was crowned in the 17th minute, when Ibrahimi scored a beautiful goal from distance with a precise and powerful shot, giving the hosts the lead and once again confirming his quality.
By the end of the first half, Shkendija created several more scoring chances. A corner kick is worth highlighting, but goalkeeper Islami reacted well and saved his net, preventing a second goal.
