Today the third round of the First MFL opens. There are two matches on the program. Struga Trim Lum vs. Rabotnicki at 5:00 PM and the evening match at 8:00 PM between the teams of Vardar and AP Brera at the National Arena "Todor Proeski" in Skopje.
Vardar showed its quality in the first two rounds, announcing its unbridled ambitions for the highest ranking with two wins, against Pelister at home (4:1) and on the road in Kavadarci against Tikvesh (1:2).
Our most trophy-winning club is the favorite in the match against Brera, a team that has not had a point in the opening two rounds, but goalkeeper Davor Taleski believes that the guest from Strumica should not be underestimated.
"We must not underestimate the Brera team. That must not happen despite Brera's poor start to the season. We go from match to match. We played well in the first two rounds, but that must not relax us. We must focus as much as possible, enter the match very seriously and seek victory. We have a good series of results and we will try to keep the series going. Our goal is the title and that is why every match is important to us. That is how we are preparing," said Vardar goalkeeper Davor Taleski before tonight's duel with Brera.
