Muamed Sejdini: As the Football Federation of Macedonia, we have an obligation to highlight the critical importance of investing in football infrastructure. The Football Federation of Macedonia presents the UEFA guidelines for sustainable infrastructure. Sustainable infrastructure in football offers long-term benefits for all stakeholders, is beneficial for the environment and helps to preserve common spaces for the local community.
This manual covers topics such as goal, location, project, conception and construction, terrain and environmental management. At the same time it provides insight in the management phase
infrastructure, mainly focusing on the use of embedded technology inthe stadium infrastructure and the terrain and ways to deal with it with the challenges of management with events and waste, including health and safety.

"Quality infrastructure not only improves the overall
football experience, but rather a foundation for new talents. The quality
fields, modern stadiums and appropriate training and preparation facilities are
essential elements in creating a new generation of football stars.
Beyond the sport itself, football infrastructure has significantly
contributes to local economies. Stadiums built to high standards
criteria, attract more fans, and this inevitably leads to increased
commercial and business opportunities with a lasting impact on the social and
the economic fabric of our communities.
In the pursuit of building football infrastructure, we must
we respect environmental standards, to accept practices
for the use of renewable energy, optimized water use and
energy or creating a more efficient circular economy.
As president of the Football Federation of Macedonia,
I call on all stakeholders to contribute to the development of football.

help and support from collaborators, but also people from the football base who must
be the foundation of everything.
The Football Federation of Macedonia already respects the sustainability guidelines and recommendations provided by UEFA and calls on all other stakeholders to do the same and take them into account in their investments."
