The autumn champion in the PMFL, the Vardar team, remains the leader of the table after three played spring rounds. Today, the "red-blacks" at home, at the "Petar Miloševski" complex in Skopje, defeated Bashkimi with a minimal 1:0, with the goal of Stefan Cvetković, who proved to be a real reinforcement for Vardar this spring.
Vardar started the match well and scored a goal after two minutes of play, but it was disallowed for offside. On the other hand, Bashkimi showed that he did not come to Skopje just to defend, but that he had a clear plan to threaten the opponent's goal through counterattacks. After chances by Omeragić, Danev and Zakarić, the guests had two attempts that could easily have turned into one hundred percent chances. Darko Velkovski eliminated the first with an excellent intervention, while in the second the attackers of Kumanovo were not up to the task.
In the last minute of the first half, Vardar's winter signing, Stefan Cvetkovic, scored again and gave the home team the lead before the break.

In the second half, Vardar continued to attack, with a series of attacks and shots on goal. Dimitar Todorovski took advantage of a rebound on the edge of the penalty area and shot with his stronger left foot. Jašar remained pinned on the goal line, but the ball ended up on the post instead of in the net and bounced back into the field.
A great header by Azer Omeragic followed, which was stopped by an even better intervention by Bashkimi's goalkeeper, Amir Jashar.
Until the end of the match, apart from one free kick for Bashkimi, there were no serious threats in front of the two goals.
Vardar remains in first position with 51 points after 19 rounds played.
