The Macedonian futsal national team recorded a victory in the second match against the Austrian national team, this time coach Gazmend Hysejini's team won 4:2.
As in yesterday's match, the visitors scored the first goal again. In the third minute, Alec Flegel was precise in executing a free kick and scored a beautiful goal for a 1:0 lead.
The Austrians' joy was short-lived, and in the sixth minute, Jakup Ramadani tied the score at 1:1, and just two minutes later, Igor Leovski gave Macedonia the lead.
In the third minute of the second half, Yakup Ramadani again scored for a 3:1 lead, and the same player scored the fourth goal for our national team in the final minutes.
By the end of the match, the guests managed to reduce Macedonia's lead and Flegel beat our goalkeeper again and set the final score at 4:2.
The match with Austria was the final test of the form of the players competing for a place in the national team that awaits participation in the World Cup qualifiers.
Macedonia is part of the C competition, which also includes the tournament host Lithuania, Turkey and Bulgaria.
The matches will be played between April 6th and 15th, and the top two teams will secure a place in the main round of the World Cup qualifiers.
