Zejnullai: The break is over; we are continuing in championship rhythm

After a three-week break for international fixtures, the Macedonian football championship returns to the stage at full steam! As part of the 9th round of the First Football League, table leaders Shkendija from Tetovo visit Shkendija from Arachinovo at the stadium in Chair.

Ahead of this clash, Tetovo’s captain, Arbin Zejnullai, said that the break had recharged their batteries and come at the right moment for the team.

„This break came at the ideal moment for us. Not only did it give the injured players time to fully recover, but it also allowed us to study all our shortcomings in detail. We used the time to correct our mistakes and enter the upcoming battles even stronger,“ said Zejnullai.

„The “red and blacks” from Tetovo have no intention of stopping here. With the leaders’ position, the pressure is high, but so is the motivation.

„Shkendija’s reputation and ambitions force you to fight exclusively for victory in every match. For us, only three points bring satisfaction. We thoroughly scouted the opponent, and our sole task is to execute all the coaching staff’s plans flawlessly. If we give our maximum, I believe victory will not be absent,“ added Zejnullai.

In the Shkendija camp, left-back Bojan Dimoski is training at full intensity and is fully available to the coaching staff. On the other hand, Mevlan Murati is still recovering from a physical injury and will not be in contention for this match.

The match between Shkendija Arachinovo and Shkendija Tetovo will be played on Sunday (11.10) at the stadium in Chair, at 13:00, and Jovan Kachevski will be the referee for this clash.
