Bashkimi will visit Kavadarci today as part of the 11th round of the First Macedonian Football League (PMFL). The Kumanovo side enter this match following last week's 0:3 defeat to Sileks, but tradition is on their side — Bashkimi have a positive record against the Kavadarci side in their last 9 meetings.
Favzi Jahaja stresses that an extremely difficult away match awaits them, but promises that the entire team will give its maximum for a positive result.
„We are going to Kavadarci with a clear objective — to return with points. The away match against Tikvesh is always difficult, but we are ready to give everything we have on the pitch to achieve our ambitions,“ Jahaja said.
The statistics from the last 9 encounters point to an evenly matched battle: Tikvesh have recorded 3 wins, Bashkimi have won 4 matches, while 2 games ended in a draw.
The match between Tikvesh and Bashkimi will be played at the stadium in Kavadarci, starting at 14:00, with referee Dimitar Pileshkov officiating.
