Tikvesh are in excellent form and enter today’s home clash against Bashkimi in such a positive mood, in the 11th round of the First League. The Kavadarci-based First League side have gone eight matches unbeaten, including their Macedonia Cup match against Kroshu Sport Bitola.
The Kavadarci team last triumphed at home with a convincing 3-0 victory over Bregalnica, and enter today’s clash after drawing away to Arsimi.
Tikvesh hope their successful run will continue and that they will ultimately manage to defeat Bashkimi.
„We expect a difficult match. We must not underestimate anyone, nor let ourselves be misled by the fact that Bashkimi lost at home to Sileks in the previous round. We believe in our qualities and, as in every match, we are aiming for a positive result. The atmosphere in the team has been excellent from the very beginning; we are fully prepared and motivated, and I hope that with a good performance we will manage to make our fans happy,“ said Teodor Nikolovski, Tikvesh’s midfielder.
