Like all other teams, the break is over for the champion Shkendija, and now at the start of the spring season, a home match against Struga Trim Lum is coming up.
The Tetovo "red and black" team spent a preparatory period in Antalya, Turkey, where through training and friendly matches they "built" their form for an attack to defend their title in the domestic championship.
Coach Jeton Beqiri is satisfied with the work done in the preparations, and says that the team is ready for the challenges of the spring season, with the hope that the team will start the second half of the season well.
„"I evaluate the preparations positively. Only the weather in Antalya was bad during the entire stay, but that was an obstacle for all the teams that were preparing there. It is important that we played all four scheduled friendly matches. Our goal was to give minutes to all the players and to avoid injuries. I am satisfied with the team's progress, I think we are in good shape and I hope that we will start the championship well. "The team is ready. There were not many changes in the team. I believe that the team is complete and ready to respond to the championship, Cup and European matches. Every match for us in the spring part is important, and I believe that we will respond well to every challenge," said Beqiri.
For the first match tomorrow against Struga TL, Beqiri expects an uncertain, high-quality and tough match.
„"They played well in the fall, and I think they were the best team in terms of quality. It's a new beginning for us, we will do our best to make our fans happy. Of course, we analyzed them, they play well, some players play together and I really expect to see a nice and tough match," said Beqiri.
