The FFM Education Center organized three seminars for UEFA coaching licenses | FFM

The Education Center at the Football Federation of Macedonia, in
The period from May 18 to June 19, 2025, is organizing three seminars to obtain
UEFA Coaching Licenses – UEFA C Course, UEFA B Course and UEFA A Course.

The first module of the UEFA A course was held in Dojran, during the period
from May 18 to 23, 2025, where
29 candidates participated. This module was the first of a total of three modules, required
for acquiring a UEFA A license. The candidates showed a high level of engagement and
dedication, as well as active participation in teaching, successfully completing all
assigned tasks and practical training.

On May 30, the UEFA C was held.
The course, which was attended by 32 candidates, while the UEFA B license training will be held from 13 to 19 June 2025.

Also the Center for
education in May also completed the first UEFA A fitness seminar which was held in
FFM Skopje, in which 21 candidates participated.

Additionally, the Education Center announced a course for
the highest level of coaching license – the UEFA PRO license, which will start in
September 2025 in Skopje.

During the trainings, modern methods were applied, practical
examples, training sessions and theoretical teaching on topics related to the process of
training, in accordance with the new UEFA convention for 2024/2025.

Significant interest was noted for all organized courses, which
is an encouraging indicator of the growth of the coaching profession in
Macedonian football. Among the applicants were a large number of former and active
footballers, including national team players, who recognized the value of
education and decided to develop their coaching career.

The Education Center is proud to say that it worked with
motivated and dedicated candidates, ready to fully invest in the process
of learning. For their part, the trainers selflessly transferred their expertise
knowledge and experience, as the basis for the future success and development of each of them in
the coaching profession..

A particularly important aspect is participation.
of 13 female candidates, which is an important and encouraging step towards
increasing the presence of women in the coaching profession. Their participation
further emphasizes the commitment to equal opportunities and inclusiveness in
football education.

The educational process of these candidates was fully supported and
sponsored by UEFA and FFM, as part of joint development efforts
of women's football and the advancement of women's coaching capacities in
national level.
