The current season for Arsimi represents much more than just a debut in the First Football League of Macedonia. As a new team in the elite, the club entered the competition with respect for every opponent, but without fear of names or challenges, showing character, tactical discipline and complete confidence in its own football philosophy from the very first match.
Arsimi chose the more difficult, but also more honest path, offensive, courageous football with a clear idea of the game, without closure and without deviating from principles, regardless of the opponent. The positive results were not a coincidence, but the result of daily work, great sacrifice and exceptional unity between the players, the coaching staff and the club.
This season has brought the team valuable experience, confidence, and strong motivation for the future, confirming that Arsimi is not in the elite just for participation, but for serious competition and leaving a mark.
Arsimi coach Vildan Saliu points out that the club has a clear and structured plan for the spring part of the season.
“Our plan for the spring is clear and well-structured. Together with the management, as a coaching staff, we will make a detailed analysis of the entire season from a tactical, individual and organizational perspective. We will evaluate every segment of the game, from the offensive to the defensive phase, as well as the overall balance of the team.”
Based on these analyses, the club will take a careful and rational approach to strengthening the squad.
"We will strengthen rationally, with players who fit our offensive philosophy and who will increase the competition in the team. The goal is not to change the identity, but to improve and stabilize it. Arsimi is building a medium-term and long-term project, and every decision will be made in the function of continuity and competitiveness in the elite," Saliu concluded.
