Shkupi's team was on the verge of winning its first point of the season against AP Brera on the away field, but a goal conceded in the last seconds destroyed the hopes of the Chaircani. Now Shkupi has a new challenge and in the 6th round they will face the Tikvesh team, which is not in good form, but has the advantage on home field. Forward Ardit Destani believes that the team is on the right track and that success will come over time.
"As for any other match, our preparations were maximal, and the goal remains the same, to win three points. We will give our maximum, hoping that our efforts will be rewarded and that we will return to Skopje with a positive result. We go to Kavadarci to secure three very important points for the team and to increase the motivation in our ranks."
Ardit Destani believes that only through teamwork and dedication can a common goal be achieved.
"The task of every striker, whether central or winger, is to score a goal. I scored a goal against Vardar and I hope to be a scorer against Tikvesh as well. However, we have to work as a team, because in the end the most important thing is a positive result, not personal statistics. Our team is relatively young, but we analyzed Tikvesh well and we believe that with maximum dedication we can emerge as winners."
The 6th round match between Tikvesh and Shkupi will be played on Wednesday (16.09.2025) at the City Stadium in Kavadarci, starting at 15:30.
