Benjamin Qerimi and Boris Trajkov will be under special UEFA scrutiny at the sixth-round match in the First MFL between Shkëndija and Tikvesh, which will be played on Friday.
Qerimi, who will be the referee for the match, and Trajkov, who will serve as an assistant referee, are already part of the UEFA CORE programme, intended for promising referees with the potential to be included on the list of international referees in the future.
Their performance in the match will be monitored by two UEFA CORE experts, Christos Nikolaidis from Cyprus and Robert Vukan from Slovenia, who have been appointed to analyse and assess the performances of the Macedonian referees. The observation will cover their conduct and decision-making on the field, positioning, interpretation of situations and overall management of the match.
The competition Shkëndija – Tikvesh is scheduled for Friday, 4 September, as part of the sixth round of the First MFL.
