The Coach Education Center at the FFM has completed the third module (out of eight) of the UEFA PRO course. The module was filled with an intensive program in accordance with the UEFA convention for 2025/26, within which 22 candidates were taught numerous new content, practical training sessions and theoretical lectures.
In a positive working atmosphere, at the opening of the third module, the candidates presented the work tasks that were assigned to them as an obligation between the second and third modules.
The Education Center would like to take this opportunity to express our deep gratitude to former U.S. Women's National Team coach and current Kansas City coach, Vlatko Andonovski, who delivered an online lecture on "Physical and Tactical Periodization." His presentation generated tremendous attention and strong interest among the candidates.
Many thanks also to Gurban Gurbanov, the current coach of the Qarabag football club, who also gave an online lecture. He presented the entire development path of the club to the candidates, from the second league of Azerbaijan to qualifying for the Champions League. Gurbanov is one of the few coaches who can boast of 18 years at the helm of the same club. His address was a strong motivation for future PRO license holders, with a clear message that coaches are the key factors in the success of any team. He emphasized that the implementation of modern tools for sophisticated training, the coach's approach to the players and a clear vision for the way of working are the foundations that lead to results.
Hiring lecturers of this rank aims to provide future coaches with a high level of quality and the opportunity to apply best practices in their future careers. The Education Center will continue to strive to hire renowned and top football names, who will be a plus for current and future candidates for the UEFA PRO license.

Within the framework of the theoretical teaching, lectures were given by Prof. Zikica Tasevski on the topic "Modern Approaches to Match Analysis", Prof. Vujica Zivkovic on the topic "Recovery in Football", Dr. Mihajlo Ivanovski, a specialist in traumatology, on the topic "Muscle Injuries in Football - Epidemiology, Diagnosis and Treatment", the director of the Education Center, Borche Hristov, on the topic "Periodization", Filip Popovski, former general secretary of the FFM, on the topic "Leadership, Management and Coaching in Modern Football".
Many thanks also to the candidates for their motivation, dedication and desire to prove themselves throughout the seminar. This is truly an excellent group of future trainers who are maximally engaged in both theoretical and practical aspects.
The Education Center emphasizes that the FFM congratulates all participants in the third UEFA PRO License seminar for their dedication, professionalism and efforts for the continuous development and advancement of the coaching profession in Macedonia.
