FFM with a new system for evaluating football referees

The Football Federation of Macedonia held the first of four fitness seminars for football referees from the First and Second Leagues.
The event presented the new independent referee evaluation system, which allows the Referee Commission to monitor referee decisions live and analyze the most critical situations immediately after the exercise.

"We follow UEFA's recommendations. During the practical exercises, in 30 minutes, the referees made 60 decisions, which is a simulation of a real match. Each answer is entered electronically and immediate feedback is received, which significantly improves the evaluation process," said Sasho Danevski, national fitness trainer for football referees.

With the implemented activities, the FFM continues to provide conditions for the improvement of refereeing standards and the creation of professional conditions for the development of football refereeing in the country.
