The head coach of the Macedonia senior national team, Goce Sedloski, has announced the list of players called up for the upcoming four matches in the new edition of the UEFA Nations League.
Macedonia will open the cycle on 26 September against Switzerland in Skopje, followed by an away match against Slovenia on 29 September in Ljubljana, a home match against Scotland on 3 October and the second encounter with Switzerland, away in Lucerne, on 6 October.
Sedloski opted for a list of 28 players, including four debutants: Anes Meliqi of Shkëndija, Gjorgje Dzekov of Sileks, Matej Gashtarov of Crvena Zvezda and Hristijan Maleski of Struga Trim & Lum. Levski defender Nikola Serafimov will miss the matches through injury.

Sedloski will face an exceptionally congested schedule during this international window, with four matches in just 11 days. That is precisely why the expanded list should give him greater scope for rotation and for choosing different solutions throughout the cycle.
Macedonia will compete in Group B1, together with Switzerland, Slovenia and Scotland, in the new edition of the Nations League.
