The committee for selecting a new coach for the Macedonian A national team is composed of Masar Omeragic – President of FFM, Goran Pandev – Director of National Teams, Nikolche Noveski – Head of the FFM Scouting Service, Agim Ibrahimi – member of the Board of Directors of the FFM and Marjan Stojkovski – Vice President of the FFM (present online), today held a working meeting at which the current situation in the national team, the needs for the next qualification cycle and the profile of a coach necessary to increase the competitiveness and organization of the best Macedonian national team were analyzed.
The members of the Commission had a constructive conversation based on professional parameters, work system, long-term strategy, player development model and focus on result stability. The selection process emphasizes the importance of a coach who knows domestic football trends, the potential of our players and who can bring a clear tactical idea and discipline to the team.
The commission will submit its proposal, a Macedonian strategist, who, according to the analyses, meets the set criteria, and the final decision will be made by the FFM Board of Directors, no later than December 25th.
The Football Federation of Macedonia remains committed to a professional and clearly defined process, with the aim of selecting the new coach contributing to the quality and stable work of the Macedonian A national team.
