The Macedonian U-15 national team was defeated 1:4 by the corresponding Serbian team in the first friendly match played at the "Petar Miloševski" training center in Skopje.
Our young players opened the match better and were the first to seriously threaten the opponent's goal. Kostovski fired a powerful shot from distance, but the Serbian goalkeeper successfully intervened and saved his net.
Towards the end of the first half, Serbia showed their quality and scored two goals in less than seven minutes. Mateja Jovanović opened the scoring in the 39th minute, and in the second minute of stoppage time, Kabir Nailović increased the lead to 2:0.
At the start of the second half, Vukašin Mirković scored another goal for Serbia and increased it to 3:0. Macedonia threatened after a long time through Amiti in the 60th minute, but without changing the score. With a penalty goal in the 64th minute, Pavle Prijović scored for 4:0. Three minutes later, Dorotej Hristov managed to reduce Serbia's advantage and set the final score at 1:4.
